Room clean, staff pleasant to deal with. Convenient location, close to shops. Quiet area, good sleep and peace. Beds super comfortable, rooms superbly clean. Owner gave warm and friendly welcome, amazing host.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, which allowed for peaceful sleep. It is also conveniently located close to the Big Five Pub where I attended a gig. Their social Braai area was a nice addition and allowed for relaxation. the fast wifi was a major plus.

Some aspects of the service could have been better.

The green area that surrounded the rooms was amazing; breathing fresh air and enjoying the calmness of nature was very relaxing. , the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of rich and tasty dishes that I enjoyed trying. The location was also a plus, as it was close to a shopping mall and a city transportation hub.

During my stay, there were some details that bothered me. The room cleaning staff did not change the bedsheets daily, which I found a bit disappointing.

the bathroom and toilet doors were not closing properly, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

A pleasant surprise at Heatherdale Guest House. The warm welcome and renovated rooms made me feel right at home. The hot water for showering was a great touch. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how it had all the necessary facilities like parking, transportation, and even a garden in a peaceful area. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the social Braai area that was located conveniently close to the hotel.
